    Two Key Dimensions

The first and key step towards a better data maturity is not about mere capabilities around data, is about considering data as an asset and business enabler that should be part of the company’ DNA.

Attitude is more about qualitative rather than quantitative metrics, but it impact exponentially the results.

Non-technical capabilities, those regarding leadership, culture, vision, strategy, awareness

Once mindset and vision are aligned results must come, hence developing and improving current data capabilities is mandatory and this makes the real change

Aptitude is more about hard capabilities offered by the organization and which directly impact in the evolution of the strategy.

Both technical and non-technical skills, such as people organization, data policies and processes, technology, platform, data quality…
