Our customer wanted to improve contracts and negotiations by enabling continuous review of key contractual terms across contracts and amendments. Currently, this is impossible due to the time constraints of the SMEs.
The Solution
Keepler developed a Gen AI-based Contract Analyzer tool to innovate ISDA agreement negotiations. Treasury BAs can instantly compare over 120 contracts across 40 counterparties and generate a benchmark to improve strategic decision making when negotiating on key terms.
The tool uses LLMs to understand contracts and amendments as they are uploaded and integration with MS Teams pushes a notification to the user once the results are available.
