MADRID, January 22, 2019 – Keepler Data Tech, a technology company specialized in the development of data products on the main public cloud platforms, tackles 2019 by accelerating its expansion plans and opening a Hub in Barcelona. Through this new location, Keepler will improve its relationship with current customers and is preparing to increase its reach to companies based in Barcelona area.
Keeping this goal in mind, Keepler incorporates Marcos Hernández, a technology professional with more than 20 years of experience in multiple technology companies operating in Barcelona. More recently, Marcos has worked in multinational companies such as Netquest and Softonic. He was the CEO and founder of Celingest, a company sold to Claranet in 2014.
“Locating us in Barcelona has been an opportunity that we wanted to take advantage of, although this means slightly changing our initial roadmap. We have detected good opportunities in the Catalan market, so we couldn’t let it pass”, says Juan Maria Aramburu, CEO of Keepler. “However, this movement does not change our expansion plans in Europe, which are the same, including opening our first office in Germany, for which we are already working on”.

Today, the company has more than 50 employees and more than ten clients, mostly Ibex35 companies and leading companies in their sectors. Its expansion plans in 2019 will focus on progressive opening in Germany, UK and France over the next 3 years.
